TOUGH TIMES

The vintage way of leisure,
Turns out to be a very great treasure,
This gives us a sense of pleasure,
Beyond the limits of measure.

 Busy with the prosaic fight,
Trying to do something right,
Tackling the usual fright,
Making our goals go out of sight.

The act of cheering is so tough,
When everything around is so rough,
Indulging in the play of bluff,
Messing around with all our stuff.

When the love ones take the lead,
This is the time that we heed ,
This is the help that we need,
Unconditional without the greed.

Once the battle of life is won,
We strive for the longer run,
Confidence within is measured in ton,
The wheel of fortune is again spun.
